Experience
I was first licensed to sell real estate in Massachusetts in 1985. Prior to restarting my real estate career in 2009 I spent more than twenty years developing and managing award-winning customer service operations for several major national corporations. My focus on taking exceptional care of clients has carried over to my real estate career. I am honored to continuously receive referrals from past colleagues and clients. In addition I’m proud to have been selected by 5280 Magazine as a Five Star Realtor of the Year, with the 2023 award being number twelve! The Five Star Professional award program recognizes the top 5% of agents based on customer service ratings given by clients. I've received the SMDRA Diamond Circle Award for the last eleven years. I received a new honor this past year from HomeLight with their Sells For More and Sells Faster awards. Those awards recognize the top 5% of agents nationally who get the top price for their sellers (based on the ratio of sale price to list price) and who sell homes the quickest for their sellers (from date listed to date under contract).
Real Estate Education
I believe strongly that ongoing education is critical to my ability to provide the best possible service to my clients. I received the coveted GRI (Graduate – Real Estate Institute) designation in 2010 and also hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification. In 2014 I earned the Certified Negotiation Expert designation. I achieved MASTER level status with that program in 2017. In January of 2018 I became a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). In addition to the educational requirements needed to maintain my license I’ve completed more than 100 additional hours of non-mandatory CE classes over the last twelve months.
Training and Mentoring
When I'm not taking care of my clients I can usually be found doing classroom and small group training, or providing one-on-one mentoring and support to new agents who are trying to build their businesses.
Specialties
Although I am licensed to handle all types of real estate transactions, I focus most of my efforts on representing residential buyers and sellers in the metropolitan Denver area and its suburbs.

I work in partnership with my clients. I communicate regularly, and honestly, throughout the process.

Personal
I was born and raised in New England but have lived in Colorado for more than thirty years. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband Ed for more than four decades and have three grown daughters and eight grandchildren, all between the ages of seven and fifteen. Ed and I achieved a long-term dream two years ago when we purchased a vacation/investment property in southwest Florida. We both love to travel and I never miss an opportunity to be at the beach, either on or under the water.
